Happy Thursday F.i.P Beauties!!! This week Anna and I just wanted to give you a little overview of what Flex it Pink is, and how it all started. Anna and I have known each other for about 22 years now. We grew up in a small town riding horses and playing in the mountains.  I was always a fluffy girl even at 10 years old and Anna has always been a beautiful slim blonde with beautiful blue eyes, but you know what, she was the type of girl that never made me feel anything less than beautiful, and no different than her, even if I had about 20lbs on her. Even as a young child she would complement others and build them up. As the years went on we always stayed in touch through social media, we both married and had two children. She had gained some weight and me well we all know that I must have been allergic to having children because I got really “swollen” haha. We had both started our own fitness journeys. When I had the feeling that my Facebook friends were getting tired of all my fitness posts, I decided to start a small closed group with just my friends on Facebook and of course I added Anna. The group was growing from the motivation of all these moms working out, posting about their success on their journeys, and one of the main women who was always there building up the other women, praising them for their hard work, and encouraging them to keep going was Anna. We decided to start running local 5K’s together to keep all the women in the group motivated and work towards a goal. We bought matching tanks online and the website sold out because our group was so large. So Anna and I decided to have custom tanks printed. If you know anything about custom tanks being printed you know that they are not cheap, but if we bought in bulk they were a lot cheaper. We had a bright idea to print bulk tanks and sale them to other women online, who needed the same motivation and encouragement from just wearing a strong tank/tee. We thought it would be so easy right? Wow, we didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. Let us tell you right now, Anna and I work like a full time job on this company and it’s all for the love of building up other women, and trying our best to get women to live healthy and active lifestyles. We really want women to lead their families in good health, and feel confident in their own bodies. It’s our passion and dreams to see children excited about being healthy, and their mothers feeling confident in themselves so that we can grow strong generations for our future. So back to working! Anna and I run the entire Flex it Pink operation on our own. I do the blogs, the social media posts, marketing etc. Anna handles all inventory, quality control, shipping, and personally hand writing thousands of note cards to our customers. We share the responsibility of following, commenting, and keeping up to date in our Beauties journeys. We still run our families, squeeze in workouts, have personal training clients, teach classes at the gym, keep up with all our mom duties, and keep up with our Flex it Pink community. It's important to us to keep in close touch with the women who we have grown close to. They share their lives with us and we are so happy to see them succeeding. It’s a lot of work, and we couldn't do it without each other, or the amazing women in the F.i.P community to keep us going. Virtual 5k’s are very important to us. They keep our community working towards a goal, while still staying active, it gets the entire Flex it Pink community excited about fitness, and we get to see that we are all on this journey together. Women can go into the photo albums on our facebook page and hashtags and see all these beautiful women who are all on the same path to pursue their fitness and health goals. We have had some very young girls run every Flex it Pink 5K to date and they are excited to participate and be a part of something so great. They are excited about fitness and they can work towards their goals and know that they can accomplish hard things. We have now added Men’s Tee’s because even our handsome fellas are getting excited about the races, we have entire families signed up for our upcoming Pink Pumpkin Run for the bOObies virtual 5K. This is truly a dream come true!

We just wanted to let you into just a little about what Anna and I do and what hopes and dreams are for the PINK community we have a passion for this. If we didn’t enjoy seeing women succeed it wouldn’t be worth it to do this. When women come to us, email us, and let us know that because of Flex it Pink "I have accomplished my goals", "I have changed my lifestyle", "I have completed a 5K for the very first time", that is our payment. That is our reward for all this hard work that goes into this brand. Flex it Pink stands for STRONG WOMEN and that is exactly what this community is made of. We hope it continues to grow and the message spreads like a wild fire that women can do hard things, we can be strong, and we can make a difference in the health of our future generations.
