What is included in my race pack?

Your amazing Flex it Pink race pack includes a custom finishers medal, race bib, instructions and custom tank or tee, just like any other race. Depending on the race, sometimes the featured charity includes extra swag to add to your packs.

When will I receive my race pack?

All race packs are launched as a PRE ORDER and will ship the first week of the race month.  We always make sure you have your race pack and finishers medal before the designated race dates which are listed in each race's product description.

Featured Race months are February, April, June, August, October and December.

How do I submit my finish time?

You can screen shot your running app miles, take a photo of your treadmill miles, or just a beautiful smile with your new race bling. We have a couple different ways that you can submit your completed miles. We will provide a special hashtag to post your finishers photo on Instagram (if your profile is private we will not be able to view your photos), you can also post photos to our Facebook timeline, or email us your finishers photos at You can visit our Facebook page to view our previous Virtual Race Finisher Photos to see all the beautiful people who have participated in our races from around the world.

How do I track my miles?

You can track your miles by using any fitness tracker app.

How do you know I completed my miles?

We don't. But, it is all based off an honor system. Usually people don't want to wear something that they haven't earned.

Who can participate?

Everyone is encouraged to participate -- all ages and fitness levels are welcome. It’s a great way to stay motivated! We offer medal only run packs for those little ones or pups joining you!

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We ship world wide, and we love our international participants. Please keep in mind, there is a small, additional shipping charge to send internationally along with customs fees.

What charity am I running for?

Every one of our races benefit a different charity. You will receive information (and sometimes goodies) from our charity in every race pack.

How much of my registration fee proceeds go to charity?

Flex it Pink makes donations to our featured charities on behalf of all the amazing FiP participants. The amount donated varies based on participants. Our virtual runs help spread awareness and raise funds for worthwhile causes . If you are looking to maximize your contribution to a specific charity, please donate to them directly.

How do we choose our charity?

Flex it Pink selects charities that we support and believe in. Most of the charities you run for, we have worked with for a few years now and some we have even volunteered our personal time at. We do advance research on all our charity partners and work closely and stay in direct contact with them. We post all our charity donations and thank you letters that we receive on our social media outlets for you to receive thanks for your run. You are truly making a difference with every mile.

Can I still complete my miles before or after the race dates? 

Yes, you most definitely can! We will honor any miles that come in before or after the race dates. You can complete your miles whenever it works best for you.

How many miles do I need to complete?

We encourage you to complete a 5K which is 3.1 miles. We just added a 10K as well which is 6.2 miles, but you can run more miles if you want. The mile range is all up to you!

Do I have to complete my miles all at once?

It's up to you. But, we encourage you to complete your miles all at once. However, if you are unable to do so, you can complete your miles over time.

Is the virtual race included in my monthly FiP ViP subscription?

No. All virtual race packs are either sold as a one time purchase or in the ALL NEW Virtual 5K Subscription. 

How do I manage my FIP subscription?

A few simple steps will get you right in to manage your FIP subscription. Simply go to and follow the steps below. Happy managing girls!

  • Select Manage my subscription from the home page.
  • Sign In.
  • Select Manage Subscription.
  • Select the Manage Drop Down Button.
  • Here you can view/update card, update address, manage upcoming orders, manage transactions, product qty., swap product, add product and cancel your subscription.

*Remember to login under manage my subscription and not the regular login as they will not recognize each other and say you have an invalid account.

How do I update my card on file?

Simply head on over to to login and follow these steps listed.

  • Select Manage my subscription from the home page.
  • Sign In.
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Select the Manage Drop Down Button.
  • Select View/Update Card
  • Select Click Here To Update My Credit Card
  • Enter Card Number
  • Select Update
  • You're all set babe!

How do I update my shipping address?

Moving? We've got you covered. Remember to update your address before the 5th of the month or your package might already be in transit. If you have an unknown address and the 5th is fast approaching just email us at and we'll take care of you right away.

  • Select Manage my subscription from the home page.
  • Sign In.
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Select the Manage Drop Down Button.
  • Select Update Address
  • Enter new shipping address
  • Select Update
  • Your package is on its way to your new address!

How do I change my upcoming orders?

  • Select Manage my subscription from the home page.
  • Sign In.
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Select the Manage Drop Down Button.
  • Select Upcoming Orders
  • Here you can skip your next order or add another box to your product quantities.

How do I change my tank to a tee?

If you ever love a design on a different style shirt than you subscribed for you can always swap your products at no cost. Don't forget to do so before the 5th of the month to reserve your size and style if switching.

  • Select Manage my subscription from the home page.
  • Sign In.
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Select the Manage Drop Down Button.
  • Select Swap Product
  • Select the two arrows listed under manage.
  • Choose witch product you want to swap in.
  • Select Swap
  • You're all set! Now don't forget you will have to swap products every time you have a size or style change needed.

Can I skip an upcoming shipment?

Absolutely! We understand things happen or you may not like the products in the upcoming shipment. As long as you skip before the 5th of the month your card on file will not be charged until the following month. You can skip as many months as you would like without having to cancel your subscription.

  • Select Manage my subscription from the home page.
  • Sign In.
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Select the Manage Drop Down Button.
  • Select Upcoming Orders
  • Select Skip Order on the dates you would like to skip.
  • You're all set to skip those months you were looking to skip gorgeous!

    When will I receive my shipment?

    We ship all boxes after the 20th of the month. If you subscribed after the 10th of the month you will receive the upcoming shipment. If you subscribe after the 10th and were interested in the previous months box just email us at and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

    When will my card get charged?

    When you subscribe, your initial box gets charged at the time of purchase. Every box after that is auto debited on the 5th of the month.

    What is the cut off to receive the shipment I'm seeing advertised?

    You have until the 10th of the month of the box you are wanting.

    For example if you want the November shipment you have until November 10th to subscribe for that shipment.
