Return Policy

Here at FIP we strive to only provide and deliver the very highest quality gear to you our faithful fans. In the event that a package arrives with an error please follow these guidelines so we can make it right as soon as possible. We do track ALL packages that we ship so all time frames listed are based on the delivery confirmation of tracking.

If one of our awesome items gets to you and is damaged please take several photos of the packaging and item(s) and send us an email with a description of the damage and the pictures within 24 hours of receiving the package. The email address is --- we will send you a shipping code to return the item(s) and send you a new package of the SAME items. Items cannot be changed (color, size etc.) for the replacement.

While we try to make the sizing as easy to use on our site as possible we do know that occasionally our awesome FIP Beauties may order the wrong sizes. If you receive any of our cute items and they just aren't quite the right size we will accept the item as a return and ship you another size of the exact same item (no changes in color, item type etc. can be made) ONE time excange ONLY.

Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package and make sure that all tags and stickers remain on the item for the return. We cannot return items that have tags or stickers removed, items that have been washed or any items that were sent on "Giveaway" and other "non purchased" promotions. You will be responsible to pay to ship the package back to us and will incur a $5.00 additional shipping charge for the replacement shipment, we do not charge any restocking fees for this kind of exchange :) Send the email to

Any item you receive can be returned as long as you send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package explaining your wish to return the item and as long as the item is in new condition with all tags and stickers attached. No items that have been worn or washed may be returned. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return any unwanted items. Email address for returns is Refunds will be made one items are back in our warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 buisness days to process back to your card once we have recieved items.
