Returns:
Once you receive your order please be sure to open and inspect it right away as any shipment issues or requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will be able to accept an item as return as long as it is in sellable condition. Items can’t be worn or washed and must be free of pet hair, make up, and deodorant marks.
Return items in the same condition that you received it. If item(s) are not returned in brand new conditions, a refund and/or exchange will not be granted
Items that are received super wrinkled and not in original packaging and sent back nicely and neatly, will not be refunded.
Items included in the subscriptions cannot be returned to partial credit. If you do not want the item, all items that you received must be sent back to receive a refund.
Items must received in be resealable conditions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and Flex it Pink will cover the shipping on your exchange. Once your item is returned back please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed. If you have requested a refund, you will be credited (excluding shipping charges) to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days once your refund has been processed for the funds to appear back in your account.
Items purchased as a “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
While we try to make the sizing as easy to use on our site as possible we do know that occasionally the sizing doesn't work out. If you receive any of our cute items and they just aren't quite the right size we will accept the item as a return and ship you another size of the exact same item (no changes in color, item type etc. can be made) ONE time excange ONLY.
Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package and make sure that all tags and stickers remain on the item for the return. We cannot return items that have tags or stickers removed, items that have been washed or any items that were sent on "Giveaway" and other "non purchased" promotions. You will be responsible to pay to ship the package back to us.

Address Updates:
Any address updates made to your account or subscription(s) will apply to future orders. If you have an order processed that is pending shipment, please email support@flexitpink.com with the new address so that it can be manually updated prior to shipping. Flex it Pink is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address.If items are sent to the wrong address and we were not notified prior, Flex it Pink will not resend you the items and you will need to file a claim with the post office.
If you have mail forwarding service but USPS did not forward, please contact USPS to resolve.
Subscriptions:
Our subscriptions are flexible and never require a time commitment. You are able to make updates/changes, pause, skip, or cancel at anytime (although we can’t imagine you’d want to cancel!). Any changes you make to your subscription will be effective for future orders and not on any orders already processed that are pending shipment.
Refunds will not be issued for orders or subscriptions that were not skipped, paused, or cancelled prior to processing. All items you do not wish to receive be canceled PRIOR to the charge date. No exceptions will be given. If you wish you cancel after a payment has processed, you will received the items that you were charged for and all future orders will be canceled. ordion pane content
