#NOEXCUSES NOVEMBER

 

WEEKS 2 AND 4 we will be tracking our calories on My Fitness Pal or any app of your choice in order to identify where our calories are coming from. Once we identify the areas we can improve it's easier to start improving those areas of our diets. 

Week 3 is Thanksgiving and time to hit the exercise with the fam!
