One of our favorite holidays is next week! THANKSGIVING! Do you know what’s on the menu?  Definitely enjoy good food and family, but here are a few recipes for sides and desserts that won’t make you feel bloated after! 

Tips on us: Go on a long walk or do a work out in-between dinner and dessert!

Tender, sweet and savory with a secret ingredient!  These carrots are the most delicious carrots and easiest side dish ever with only 10 minutes prep!  They are the ideal holiday side that you will devour like candy!

  1. Clean Eating Green Bean Casserole

This is the lighter version of a favorite Thanksgiving side dish!  You can even make it ahead of time, just assemble all the ingredients, cover with plastic wrap then aluminum foil, and freeze.  Pop it in the oven for a little longer than normal- the edges will be bubbly.  Then enjoy!
