We can’t tell you what the future items will be just yet but here’s what we can tell you: Your box will keep you excited about your goals so you can get the results you’re after.

Moving? We've got you covered. Remember to update your address before your charge date of the month or your package might already be in transit. If you have an unknown address and the 5th is fast approaching just email us at support@flexitpink.com and we'll take care of you right away.
Flex it Pink is NOT responsible for packages sent to the wrong addresses or if the address is NOT updated by the shipping of the item.
If you ever love a design on a different style shirt than you subscribed for you can always swap your products at no cost. Don't forget to do so before the charge date of the month to reserve your size and style if switching.
If an item does not fit, we will offer an exchange for one item only. We will try our best to send the same item, however, there is limited stock on items. If we are out of that particular item, a similar item will be sent (i.e. leggings for leggings, cute top for cute top, etc.). Styles and colors will vary on all pieces sent each month.
Customer is responsible for the retune of the unwanted item.
Don't like a monthly shipment? No problem. The customer will be responsible to ship the item back to Flex it Pink. You can do a return here https://flexreturnapp.com/s/flex-it-pink
Once the item has arrived to our warehouse in new and unused condtions, you will be refunded the subscription price (shipping will not be refunded). Refunds take 3-5 business days after items have been received.
Yes, of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that if you cancel it on or after the charge date (5th) you will still receive that months shipment.
Cancelations MUST be done before the 5th of every month.
No refunds will be given if you do NOT cancel before the charge date.
