Our Favorite Healthy Fall Recipes

Food is the fuel that gives you the essential energy to take on your day and your workouts! When the Fall weather hits so does bread! All the carbs in the world seem to appear during Fall. We've gathered our favorite Fall recipes for you to enjoy.


Anna's Turkey Chili

1 lbs of turkey meat

1 can of green chili's

1-2 cans of black beans 

1 small can jalapeños 

1 packet of chili seasoning 

1/2 c chopped onion 

3 cloves Chopped Garlic 

2 can of diced tomatoes 

 

Using a big pot, add chili mix ( as required on package) onion, undrained beans, diced tomatoes, undrained chili's and jalapeños, salt, pepper, and a dash of Cayenne pepper ( for spice), a sprinkle of garlic salt and bring to a simmer.

While that's simmering cook your turkey meat in pan adding a little seasoning to your liking. 

Once meat is browned, add to pot and simmer on low for 40 mins.
