DIRECTIONS:

The earbuds arrive to you with only one charged. If you try to pair them immediately only 1 will work. Before you set them up to charge, there is a small blue sticker type of cover on the contact point of the earbuds. Be sure to remove that on each before charging. It's best to put them on the charger and let them get to a full battery.

After charging, open the box and press the button to turn them on (lights will come on). Remove both earbuds from the box and pair to your device. The earbuds will appear as "Y30".

The ear buds will automatically pair to the device whenever they are turned on. To play or pause your audio, tap one of the ear buds once. A double tap on the ear buds will dial out if you are connected to your phone so be aware of this. Volume is controlled through your device. They will automatically disconnect when placed back in the box and/or when shut off by a press and hold of the button in the case.
Please try all of the above, if you are still have issues, try disconnecting and 'forgetting device" in your settings and putting them back on the charger. Then, repeat all steps.
