The FIP Virtual 5K Subscription schedule and charge dates compliment the FIP VIP in a way that you can have BOTH. You will simply sign up for FIP Virtual 5K subscription and SKIP the specialty months on the FIP VIP subscription if you are looking to keep the same feel as the original FiP box.

Each FIP Virtual 5K subscription reoccurs on the 5th. All style or size changes must be maid prior to your charge date. Once you have been charged on the 5th changes can not be made to your order.

Will this item re- stock?
We do not re-stock medals or virtual event shirts once they are sold out.

Can I return my new tank or tee if it doesn't fit?
Yes, absolutely. You can send back any garment not washed for a refund to reflect the cost of the item (shipping will not be refunded). If we can not re-sell it in its original condition we will not be able to issue a refund. We always offer free exchanges too! We want you to absolutely love it!

How does this subscription fit?
Our tanks are true to size as a women's racerback tank and our tees are a unisex fit. We suggest ordering up if you like your tanks less fitted and sizing down if you like your tees more fitted. The amazing finisher medal and bibs are all one size fits all.

Can I wash my new gear?
Yes!!!! We get this a lot. All of our products are printed with the highest quality of screen printers. You can wash... dry... get sweaty and wash again all you want without fading.

What charity does this benefit?
Each virtual event benefits a different organization which we release via social media, emails etc. closer to event dates as we work to partner with the most reputable non profits. We have raised money for water in Africa, cancer research, rescue animals, wildlife and many other organizations doing amazing work!
