Flex it Pink Box Reveal

1. A contest where willing participants create a video unveiling our monthly subscription box and virtual run packs.

2. Criteria
a. All entries must be submitted via You Tube video emailed to denise@flexitpink.com
b. Each video submission must be no more than 2 minutes long and contain the following:
1. Participant is not required to be in the video, their choice
2. All box items must be unveiled.
3. Tell us your favorite item in the box.
4. Give us a shoutout with any or all of the following, #flexitpink #teamflexitpink #fipstrong
5. Must be creative and interesting
6. Why should we buy a subscription?
7. Your feelings on this box?

3. Timeline
1. Video submissions for the May box must be emailed by May 31st, winner will be announced June 15th
2. Video submissions for the June virtual run must be emailed by June 30th, winner will be announced on July 15th.

4. Prizes
1. Grand prize will be awarded to best interpretation of criteria mentioned in above section. Grand prize winner will receive free box subscriptions for a year.
2. Runner up prize will be awarded to second best interpretation of criteria mentioned in above section. Runner up winner will receive a free mystery bag.
3. All participants that submit a video receive a 20% off coupon towards any flex it pink purchase. Either mailed to each participant in a thank you card or emailed.
4. Grand prize winner and or runner up winner may be featured on our website or other means of social media.
winners will be chosen by best representation of items in the criteria section mentioned above.

5. Rules and eligibility
1. All subscription box members who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to submit a video.
2. All territories welcome.
3. Videos must be submitted by 12:00am midnight PST on the last day of the subscription box month they are submitting for. example: May box video must be submitted 12:00am midnight PST on May 31st.
NO EXCEPTIONS! ANY submissions after 12:00am midnight will not be entered in the contest.
4. The participant doesn't need to be in the video and the video may contain other individuals.
5. Absolutely NO nudity, profanity, rude or sexual content will be allowed. This is an automatic disqualification.
6. No additional purchase is necessary to enter.
7. Flex it Pink may use participants name and or social media name if video submission is featured on our website or any other means of social media. Personal information such as where the participant lives and email address will NOT be shared and is kept confidential.
8. Prizes include one (1) grand prize winner, one (1) runner up winner, and any and all approved submissions that clearly follow the rules stated above will receive a 10% off coupon via email or postal mail with thank you note.
9. Flex it Pink is not responsible for any items damaged during the video submissions or any injuries sustained in the making of the video submission. Participants are submitting their video under their own discretion and free will and are fully responsible for any damages, injuries or monetary losses. Flex it Pink and any affiliated sponsors release any and all liability as stated above.
10. All participants must be willing to answer any questions we may have regarding their submission, incompliance will result in an automatic disqualification.
11. Flex it Pink reserves the right to alter the rules at any time if necessary.
Winners will be chosen after reviewing all submissions by the Flex it Pink team.
