Can I modify some of the movements?
Absolutely! These classes were designed for your journey and we encourage you to modify where needed. If you need help please feel free to email us at support@flexitpink.com, message us on Facebook or DM us on Instagram.
Do I have to submit anything?
Not necessary at all but, if you would like you can send us a short video review of the classes after 4 weeks for a $5 gift card to the store.
Do I need weights?
Some movements suggest a pair of dumbbells but, you can always use whatever you have on hand.

Day 2 of 75 day challenge. Yesterday I did the FiP upper body workout. Thank you to whoever told me that the videos exist on YouTube.
Today I got up and RAN. Hold me accountable, ladies!
So I got my indoor daily walk/workout in seeing how we have snow..... yes snow and freezing temps in September! Also I received my first pair of FIP leggings with my first Athleisure Subscription a couple days ago and finally put them on today! They are now my favorite pair of leggings, so much that I just ordered another pair! I have a new addiction! Hope everyone keeps up the awesome work I see here everyday!!! It has definitely been a crazy year and September is starting off just as crazy!!
Started with the FiP stretch on YouTube, then did my ten quarantine pushups, fyi I can only do ten haha, then 500 jump ropes cause I joined late and I want to catch up but I also don’t want to do anything tomorrow on my rest day! Then I did the bonus cardio on the FiP YouTube channel, and finally I finished with the lower body abs workout on the FiP YouTube channel!!! Lol I did mention I don’t want to workout tomorrow right😂?!?
