1. Subscribe by the 20th of each month to receive the upcoming shipment. Each monthly shipment is a high-quality piece of workout clothing that has been hand-picked and tested by the women of Flex it Pink. Each subscription reoccurs on the 15th of every month and ships on or after the 5th of the following month. In order to change any styles or sizes on your shipment, you must do so before your next recurring charge on the 15th by emailing support@flexitpink.com

Each month you receive amazing Flex it Pink pieces designed to inspire your health and fitness journey. We change up the shipments from leggings, sports bras, jackets, and more all while keeping up with the newest fitness trends. We know that clothing won't change a woman, but the women wearing Flex it Pink in confidence can rock the world!!!
3. Look for your email confirmation that will include your tracking number straight to your door. If you subscribe on or before the 15th you will receive the shipment for that following month. If you subscribe after the 20th of the month you will need to email support@flexitpink.com in order to receive the next shipment, otherwise, it will push your subscription into the next month.Â
What is included in my subscription?
Each month will contain ONE new exclusive Flex it Pink piece, only offered in our Athleisure subscription.  Items and colors will vary from customer to customer.
What day am I charged?
Your first payment is the day you sign up......
all recurring payments are charged on the 15th of every month.Â
When is my package shipped?
All shipments are shipped the first week of every month. On our around the 5th.Â
I need to change my size or address.
Sizes and addresses MUST be updated before the 15th of each month. Flex it Pink is not responsible for any lost packages or invalid/incorrect shipping addresses. If your subscription is sent to the wrong address we will have to wait for it to return to our warehouse before sending a replacement.Â

What if my item does not fit right?
If an item does not fit, we will offer an exchange for one time ONLY. We will try our best to send the same item, however, there is limited stock on items. If we are out of that particular item, a similar item will be sent (ie, leggings for leggings, cute top for cute top, etc) Styles and colors will vary on all pieces sent each month.
What if I'm not happy with my item?
Don't like a monthly item? No problem. The customer will be responsible to ship the item back to Flex it Pink. Once the item has arrived to our warehouse, you will be refunded the subscription price of $25 (shipping will not be refunded). Refunds take 3-5 business days AFTER items have been received.Â
Coupons and Rewards
Coupons for spinning the wheel and signing up for our email list can now be used to purchase your first subscription. Discount is for the initial purchase only.Â
Rewards can not be used to purchase Flex it Pink monthly subscriptions.
All rewards earned can be used on the Flex it Pink website with the exception of all subscriptions.Â
