Flex it Pink's Run for the Heroes Virtual event is dedicated to all our service men and women. We don't know them all but we owe them all.

Miles can be completed any way and any how you chose.
We will be honoring all who served and currently serve for our country. Our miles will be dedicated to all men and women as a way of thanking them for all they have sacrificed for us. We run free because of the brave!
