What is a Virtual 5k/10k?
A virtual 5k/10k is a run/walk that can be completed anywhere. Participants can run, walk, bike, swim, even crawl the race distance wherever they want during the suggested race dates. We honor ALL miles. We have seen miles completed on cruise ships, on vacation, and walking around Disneyland for the day. The world is your gym; use it any way you please.

What Is a Subscription Box?
What is included in my race pack?
Your amazing Flex it Pink race pack includes a custom finishers medal, race bib, instructions and custom tank or tee, just like any other race. Depending on the race, sometimes the featured charity includes extra swag to add to your packs.
How many miles do I need to complete?
We encourage either a 5K (3.1 miles) or a 10K (6.2 miles) but you may choose to do more miles. The mileage is all up to you.
Do I have to complete my miles all at once?
It's up to you. But we encourage you to complete your miles all at once. However, if you are unable to do so, you can complete your miles over time.
How do I track my miles?
You can track your miles by using any fitness tracker app. For more running app ideas, check out our blog post!
Who can participate?
Every Woman, Man, and Child of any age is welcome to join our virtual events.
