On December 1st start with 25 squats. Each day thereafter, do the new exercises plus the previous days exercise (for example Dec 3rd would be 23 skiers, 24 mountain climbers and 25 Squats) By Christmas Day you'll have a nice big gift of FITmas you can do at home with no equipment needed.
